I received Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2023 at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University at Buffalo, SUNY, advised by Prof. Dr. Jinhui Xu. I received Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering & Bioinformatics in 2015 at Southeast University, Nanjing.
Research Interests
- Deep Learning: few-shot learning, continual learning, uncertainty in AI.
- Computational Geometry: space partitioning, truth discovery.
- Medical Image Analysis: image segmentation, histopathology.
- Bioinformatics: genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics.
- Analytical Chemistry: LC-MS/MS, drug discovery.
